Laboratory Test - 15 : Analysis
TCC-25 : CAT-25
Laboratory Test - 15 : AuRevoir (?!)
The ‘Grandest’ test series, comprising 15 tests, offered myriad and numerous lessons which are pivotal towards achieving the ‘Pot of Gold’.
Every test was a platform to evaluate your ability to handle twists, turns, tweaks and twirls and needless to say even a profound tool towards developing this imperative ability.
The profound and paramount importance of CCC and PPC cannot be overstated.
MACRO VIEW
The test was moderately complex with both easy and complex questions sprinkled across the three sections.
Application of ‘Strategy’ would have made a substantial difference in the score. ‘Sectional Strategy’, if applied throughout and flawlessly would have helped to attain the sectional cut-offs very easily. Effective elimination and selection are equally essential.
The English section comprised 16 Reading Comprehension questions and 8 Verbal Ability questions. Success in the LR & DI section was directly proportional to the focus, patience, and caution exercised. The Mathematics section presented questions from multiple topics.

Reading Comprehension
The first passage on ‘Darwinism’ was a piece of cake wherein, all the questions except one were Specific Detail Questions and could have been answered in a few minutes.
The second passage on ‘Tolstoy’ was relatively complex. It was packed with Inference-based questions and despite the short length one would not have found it easy to get past this passage if one still lacks Good ‘Reading Skills’.
The third passage on ‘Mouth’ was moderately complex. The questions were mostly Specific Detail or Inference Based. These questions could have been attempted after a micro reading.
The fourth passage on ‘Limbs’ was of moderate complexity. It comprised SDQs, Inference Based questions and Application Based question. At least three questions could be answered with accuracy.
Verbal Ability
Verbal Ability was moderately complex. The Summary question could be answered in less time. At least three Parajumbles could have been attempted with accuracy. Out of the two Text Completion questions, one was tricky and the other was simple.
LR & DI
Here is a portrayal of the blocks.
Q 25 to Q 29 : This LR block on 5 pet friends was too easy. All that was required was capturing the data in a user friendly manner. It was a must-do block.
Q 30 to Q 34 : This DI block on a tour company was another easy block. It was another must-do block.
Q 35 to Q 38 : This LR block on KMM Hostel was quite complex. Formation of multiple cases added to the complexity. This block demanded unflinching concentration. This should have been attempted after deliberation.
Q 39 to Q 42 : This LR block on Workshop Activities was relatively complex. It was manageable if one understood the key to this block.
Q 43 to Q 46 : This DI block was not as simple as it looked. It should have been atempted with caution.

Algebra was the chief in this section closely followed by Geometry Family. Geometry Family had a few questions that could have been effortlessly managed. Questions from Functions were lollipops. Arithmetic was also easy.
Crystal Clear Concepts, as always, ruled the roost.
This, indeed, is the Au Revoir to the ‘Grandest Test Series’ of all, namely the ‘Laboratory Tests’.
But by no means Au Revoir to the POAs.
(By the way, keep being placed for fascinating and emotional insights on the nomenclature of these 15 tests.)
Our support and best wishes, always.
